Questions we hear a lot.

No runaround, no fine print — just how we actually work. Don't see your question? Ask us when you request a quote.

Do you paint the trim you install?

We install everything paint-ready — caulked, filled, and sanded so smooth your painter will think we're showing off. Painting itself we arrange case by case, so just ask when we quote and we'll sort out the best plan for your project.

How far do you travel?

We cover the greater metro area, and we're happy to stretch a little for the right project. If you're not sure whether you're in range, just ask — worst case, we'll point you toward someone good near you.

Do you charge for quotes?

Never. Quotes are free, no strings attached. And if you send us a few photos of the space, we can often give you a real price without ever needing a site visit.

How do deposits work?

A deposit locks your slot on the calendar and lets us order your materials. The balance is due when the job's done and you've walked it with us — not a day before you're happy.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed, bonded, and insured. Your home is the biggest thing you own, and we treat it that way. Happy to show you the paperwork any time.

How long does a typical job take?

Most trim jobs wrap up in one to three days — we show up, we work, we're gone. Bigger builds like full built-ins usually run about a week. We'll give you a real timeline with your quote so there are no surprises.

Do you clean up?

Cleaner than we found it — that's the standard. Sawdust, offcuts, packaging, all of it leaves with us. The only evidence we were there is trim that looks like it grew in place.

Who actually does the work?

Ricky and his own small crew, every time — never subbed out to strangers. The person who quotes your job is the person swinging the hammer, which is exactly how we like it.

What's the loyalty program?

Every dollar you spend with us earns points, and points turn into real discounts on future work. Create an account and they stack automatically — check your balance any time on your account page.

Can I supply my own materials?

Absolutely. If you've already fallen in love with a particular molding profile or have lumber waiting in the garage, we're happy to work with what you have. We'll tell you straight if we think something better fits the job.
